Artisan Friday: Sustainable Floral Arrangements with Vanita

Class Start

This event has passed.

Join us for a creative summer Artisan Friday as we host a special floral class taught by Stephanie Downes of Vanita Floral. Enthralled by the balance and contrast in Nature, Stephanie is devoted to local and environmentally conscious floristry. Ring in the weekend with a glass of wine  or slice of pie, and learn floral design techniques for creating your own locally grown floral arrangement.

Class includes a floral demonstration and discussion with Stephanie, a floral bar of Summer’s best to select your blooms and foliage from, vase, tools, and all the guidance you desire to create a small floral centerpiece. No need to bring anything; all materials provided. Class is approximately 2 hours long.
