Nouela is a musician from Seattle, WA, who after a decade playing in other people's bands and local musical projects, decided to record a solo record. "Chants" sounds like a stomp through the woods, a high-speed car chase through the desert, a hipster african drum-circle, a carton of fashionable kittens, a unicorndragon eating a helicopter......I don't know.
