A special birthday celebration for Gabija Vaicekonis. Featuring an opening set from Gabija and Jordan Lowe.

The daughter of Lithuanian classical pianists, Gabija Vaicekonis was immersed in the world of music from her adolescence. As she grew older, she became fascinated with jazz and R&B - laying the foundation for her eventual band, Gabija & The Blue Gleams. Gabija met drummer RobbobbygroovesGranfelt while playing in Seattle indie rock band, Dog Mountain. The two dreamt of forming a band inspired by their favorite artists - Esperanza Spalding, Joni Mitchell, Yes, Thundercat… The list goes on. Emily Gross, bass player and an old friend of Granfelt’s, moved to Seattle from San Francisco in spring of 2018, and the rest is history. Gabija & The Blue Gleams are unlike any band you’ve heard. They will challenge your ears to keep up with the blazing trio’s dense harmonies and rhythms, whilst giving you music to feel in your soul - rooted in the R&B and pop music of the late 90’s and early 2000’s that they grew up with.

A culinary master of audio food, sous chef is always cookin' up new recipes. He works out of "the kitchen//la cuisine," his studio in Seattle, producing & exploring new flavors to delight your eardrums. A part time freelancer & frequent collaborator with the likes of bobbygrooves, Sly Puffin, High Pulp, and more, keep an eye out for his name on your favorite local band's record. Cooks in the kitchen got their hands in everyone's food.

Reptile Brain is a high-energy math-rock inspired shoegaze band, based in Seattle. They are fast, precise, loose, and fun. Featuring driving tempos, dynamic song structures, rich harmonies, and simple, catchy melodies, they always get crowded rooms moving. Rocking both cramped basements and large venue crowds, Reptile Brain is a must-see.
