COVID PROTOCOLS: All events will require proof of vaccination to enter the venue, masks worn unless actively consuming food or drink, and we will be closely monitoring guidelines and recommendations to make sure we are doing everything we can to protect our community.
Advance tickets can only be purchased online-we do not sell advance tickets at the venue. Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the event. Tickets do not guarantee seating during shows at the Royal Room. Seating is currently first come first served. The Royal Room is All Ages until 10pm.
Sheila “Kay” Blackwell originally from Galesburg, Illinois, has been singing professionally for 20 + years. Sheila attended school in the '80s for broadcasting/Communications and worked for 3 years on the air as a live radio personality but singing and performing has always been at the forefront of her heart. Sheila also performs in musical theater and was recently in "All Shook up" and "All Together Now," A global event celebrating musical theater after COVID. This is her first music project and is excited to be celebrating the completion of it along with her Producer Jamal "Roc Phizzle" Robinson. Sheila was a hostess for "Sista's Rock the Arts" a live Jam and open mic music community prior to COVID. Sheila continues to sing Jazz, R&B, and Blues in various venues in the Puget Sound area.
