NYE Prix Fixe Dinner Options
- Baked Salmon with shrimp and coconut cream stuffing, served on a bed of rice with side of arugula.
- Skirt Steak in a light jalapeño marinade on two open face cheese enchiladas with rojo sauce served with grilled zucchini.
- Creamy Pearl barley risotto with hazelnuts, kale ribbons, roasted mushrooms and cauliflower topped with grilled portobello slices.
All dinners are served with a small Caesar salad and choice of flourless chocolate cake topped with chocolate raspberry sauce and whipped cream or apple crumble with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
