Since the band's conception in late 2004, The Georgetown Orbits have risen to international notoriety for their soulful, modern-vintage, style of Jamaican ska and reggae music. Many releases from the critically-acclaimed group have earned ample airplay all over the world. The authentic feel they bring to their music has attracted audiences all over the western US and Canada.

Adrian Xavier is an influential musician and performer who has been actively involved in Seattle's music scene for over two decades. Throughout his career, he has shared his uplifting message through his music, captivating audiences at festivals, colleges, and various events.

With a lifelong connection to Seattle's vibrant music community, Adrian Xavier has had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed musicians, including original members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Heart. He has also been a regular featured guest with Marmalade, a renowned funk collective that holds the distinction of being Seattle's longest-running funk band.

While Adrian Xavier's musical journey encompasses various genres, reggae music has always held a special place for him. He has played a significant role in nurturing the reggae scene, contributing to the exposure and development of artists from Jamaica to Hawaii. Noteworthy musicians such as Prezident Brown, Rocker T., Ras Michael, Clinton Fearon, and Marty Dread have benefited from Adrian Xavier's extensive support, touring together, and collaborating both in live performances and in the studio.

Adrian Xavier's dedication to spreading positive messages through his music and his contributions to the growth of the reggae scene have established him as a respected figure in the Seattle music community and beyond.

 

Wet City Rockers is an original reggae band based in the Rainy city of Seattle. The group formed in 2005, drawing inspiration from the movie “The Rockers” and the sound of classic roots reggae, and dub music, as well as contemporary genres like ska, rocksteady and blues. Comprised of a talented group of musicians, Wet City Rockers boasts a dynamic sound that is equal parts soulful and upbeat. The band's rhythm section provides a sturdy foundation for their music with driving basslines and pulsing drum beats that keep audiences moving. Their skilled horn players add a touch of jazz-inspired improvisation to the mix, while their guitarist and keyboardist weave intricate melodies and textures throughout.
