Wasabi Samba is a Latin Rock and Soul quintet delivering a raw, jazzy, soulful, and in your face rock n roll attitude! Five artists with an immense love for music - supplying the Seattle sound with something spicy!

Once upon an autumn breeze, with the distant sounds of Curtis Mayfield resonating from an open passenger window, and the type of love that you can only feel with grass between your toes,  Ty Keenen was created. 

His soulful crooning evokes the feeling of a hug from a loved one you haven't seen in 10 years. A multi instrumental child of hip hop whose dedicated love for the art always pushes forward while feeling nostalgic. He's the combination of brand new shoes on the first day of school and sitting on your grandparents porch eating Necco Wafers. A futuristic time traveler from the past.

Ty was born in the Pacific Northwest, a land built of equal parts luscious beauty and gray gloomy, and carries a style reflective of his environment. He wears many hats both literally and figuratively. Equally brilliant with a full band and light show or an acoustic guitar and a tip jar. A reminder of what love is. The joy, pain, compassion, and faith in the sparkle of an eye is what Ty Keenen is made of.
