Featuring a dynamic and solid force of top Seattle musicians steeped in deep groove, jazz, and expansive improvisations on original compositions, with members of the Living Daylights, Tiptons Sax Quartet, Indigo Girls band and more. Together, they create a sound that moves fluidly across genres—rooted in jazz, but alive with elements of funk, soul, and spontaneous exploration. At the center is Lurie’s voice on flute and saxophone, weaving melody and rhythm into a dynamic conversation with Arne Livingston’s singular bass sound, with the roots rock feel of Jeff Fielder’s guitar and the unstoppable swimng of Matt Jorgenson on drums. The result is music that feels both grounded and expansive—rich in texture, energy, and connection.
