Close friends since birth, pianists Daniel Salka and Chris McCarthy grew up together and are joining forces for this exciting double bill of new music. Salka's band features a nimble group of Seattle based musicians improvising through a set of simple songs, and McCarthy will lead his trio of Max Wood and Nate Parker through a new set of compositions that deal with the theme of technology addiction.
