Tonights music features three groups ranging in uses of composition and improvisation, peace and chaos but their earnestness and tender hearts shine through.
Citrine is a musical project by Mike Gebhart combining Afro-Colombian music, Straight Ahead and Avant Garde Jazz. Growing out of a solo set in which Mike would sing and play drums, tonight’s concert adds Levi Gillis as well as legends Geoff Harper and Wayne Horvitz.

Opening the night is Ruby Dunphy - playing solo drumset and electronics.
Please note: Tickets do not guarantee seating during shows at the Royal Room. For sold out shows standing room may be the only available space. Please come early to ensure you get a table. Reservations can be made for those who are coming for dinner as well as the show. The Royal Room is All Ages until 10pm.
