How to Make a Good Apology

How many times have you heard that in your life?

How many times was it a sufficient way for the other person to take accountability for their actions?

There is a huge distance between an apology and a good apology. Together, we’ll delve into what makes an apology that is meaningful, authentic, and actually shows the other person you regret the impact of your actions.
