You Made Capulet's Guest List
Verona, Italy. 1913.
Tonight, Lord Capulet is hosting the masquerade of the season.
The city's most powerful families will gather beneath one roof. The Capulet's will reign as Roman gods. The Prince will arrive. Paris will come to court Juliet.
And somewhere beneath the masks, Romeo Montague is about to meet Juliet Capulet.
You have been invited.
Choose your connection to Verona before you enter: Friend of Capulet, Friend of Montague, Friend of Juliet, Friend of Romeo, or a Member of the Prince's Entourage.
Your choice determines where your story begins but not where it takes you.
Explore the mansion. Follow a character down a hallway. Listen at a door. Discover a secret. Stumble into a fight. Find yourself somewhere you weren't meant to be. And if you leave the masquerade, you may discover that the story is still unfolding elsewhere.
Because while you follow one story, another is happening somewhere beyond your reach.
You won't see all of Romeo & Juliet.
You'll experience your own version of it.
Come prepared to make choices, follow your curiosity, and decide who you trust.
You aren't watching Shakespeare's most famous tragedy.
You're inside it.
Romeo and Juliet is an immersive theatrical experience by WhatNot Theatrics, performed throughout Seattle's historic Stimson-Green Mansion. The story unfolds around you, across the house, and along your own path through the evening.

About Your Experience
This is a site-specific, immersive theatrical event. Once you enter the historic Stimson-Green Mansion, you will find yourself in Verona, Italy, 1913.
Your ticket affiliation determines where you begin the evening. From there, the house is yours to explore. Follow your curiosity. Stay at the masquerade. Seek out the Montagues. Descend into Mantua. Linger outside a private room and listen. Follow a character down a hallway. You may even arrive just as a fight breaks out.
There is no single path through the story, and you are not expected to see everything. Multiple scenes unfold throughout the house at the same time, so while you are experiencing one moment, something else may be happening somewhere beyond your reach.
If you are attending with friends and want to begin the evening together, everyone in your group must purchase the same ticket affiliation. You will begin together and then be free to explore Verona at your own pace.
Come prepared for Seattle weather.
Your journey through Verona may take you outdoors. While much of the experience takes place inside Stimson-Green Mansion, some scenes and spaces are outside.
November in Seattle can be cold, wet, and unpredictable. Please dress accordingly. We recommend comfortable shoes, warm layers, and rain protection.
