How to Strip with Confidence & Grace!
Stripping is sexy, fun and intimidating! Starting with a discussion about why we want to strip - whether for a partner in private, or on-stage in public - we will talk about the fears that keep us from stripping, and how to combat them.
We will then transition into the movement portion of this workshop, which includes basic exercises in coordinated motion, and how to undress to music. We will also cover how to build confidence and poise, choosing music, designing costumes, creating a mood, and determining your stripping style and character.
Where: Annex
When: 7pm - 8:30pm
Cost: $20, $15 in advance. (No other CSPC discounts or AYCE cards applicable.)
About the Educator:
Ruin has been kinky for as long as she remembers. Her exploration of BDSM began in L.A., but it wasn't until she moved to Seattle, joined the CSPC, & discovered the Leather community that she blossomed into the wicked sadomasochist she is today. Her interests are as varied as her panties, but her first loves remain bondage, blood, beatings and, of course, boots. Ruin is International Community Bootblack 2012, Northwest Community Bootblack 2012, an active member & educator at the CSPC, & a Full Member of SgoL.
A proud Leathergirl, Ruin is also an experienced performer. With a background in professional ballroom dance, she is honored to be a former Lusty Lady, crediting her confidence as a burlesque & bondage performer to her time dancing in the legendary Seattle peepshow. It was through Ruin's dance career that she discovered her passion for teaching. She now brings that passion to the kink community, offering a variety of classes, from yoga & stripping to D/s & Leathercare.
