Relationship Skills 103: How to Emotionally Regulate and Integrate

Tue, Aug 9, 2022 from 6pm - 7:30pm (Pacific)

This event has passed.

In the course of a relationship, strong emotions like anger, jealousy, insecurity and more are bound to show up.

Sometimes people have a hard time dealing with these intense emotions, and that can greatly increase the risk of a consent incident and/or harm.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the skills to help regulate our emotional states and the behavior that flows from them. Come willing to discuss, practice, and learn how more emotional regulation and integration creates better consent practices and stronger relationships.
